Chrome DevTools - How to Modify a Webcomponent's Property List

When a developer wants to develop a Web application or website, sometimes, they need to find a way to get the data from a database or from the network. They need to make sure that the data is displayed on the browser and can be edited. This is why, databases are not compatible with the web. If the data is not displayed on the browser, it cannot be edited.
